District 4 - Fishing

Hey! Here is yet another Hunger Games inspired mani.

Today's manicure is based on District 4 - Fishing.

I get most of my inspiration from the District posters if you were wondering.

Today I used quite a few colors including:

Essie: Mezmerised (base)

OPI: Who the Shrek are you? (seaweed)

Essie: Set in Stones (glitter)

Julep: Meryl (anchor)

OPI: Bubble Bath (fishies)

District 3: Technology

Hi again!

Here is my take on District 3 from The Hunger Games.

Since District 3 is technology I put a power button, a technology board, a techy looking number 3, and a gear (from inside the factory).

The colors I used are: My Private Jet by OPI for a base on pointer, middle, and ring fingers and also as the gear on the pinky. What's With The Cattitude by OPI for the power button and pinky base. Who The Shrek Are You by OPI for the powerboard. Lemon Fizz by China Glaze for the 3. Finally, Mesmerized by Essie for the gear detail.

District 2: Masonry

Day 2 of my Hunger Games adventure.

District 2 is Masonry. I tried to portray that by adding a hammer (terribly drawn, if you ask me) and a brick wall (also not so nice :p), but I decided to post it anyway.

For a base I used Julep Meryl

On my pointer finger I used OPI Black Shatter

On my middle and ring finger I used a flat black from OPI (unsure of the name)

And on my pinky I used OPI Silver Shatter.

The Hunger Games!

If you are anything like me, you are dying for the movie to come out and you

absolutely adored the books. I am obessesed with these books.. I read through them in a week!

I used a basic white nail polish from OPI. I'm not sure of the name because it came in a mini kit, but it was the Halloween minis so maybe that helps. On the ring finger I used Nicole by OPI Rainbow in the S-Kylie.
